Intermediate architectural technologist

The person sought after for the position is rigorous, curious and self-taught. This person must be able to develop, under the supervision of a senior professional, all documents for small projects. Ideally, this person has been working in architecture for 2 to 5 years.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Survey of existing conditions;
- Develop design development and working drawings;
- Construction cost estimation;
- Assisting in site supervision and building studies.

- Participated in concept development, including selection of finishes and materials, lighting and furniture;
- Survey of existing spaces and layout;
- Development of complete documents, from preliminary to documents issued for construction;
- Assistance in contract administration and site supervision.
