  Yes. We manage the full permitting process and ensure compliance with the Building Code, municipal regulations, and standards specific to commercial buildings and facilities.

• Do you design private residences?

  No. We specialize in medium- to large-scale projects in the commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-residential sectors.

• Do you design office spaces?

  Yes. We design office environments tailored to our clients’ objectives. We optimize space efficiency, circulation, functional areas, and user comfort. Office space optimization is an integral part of our interior architecture and workplace design approach.

• Do you coordinate engineers and technical consultants?

  Yes. We provide integrated professional services with full coordination of mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers, as well as specialized consultants in urban design, landscape architecture, building envelope consulting, and other technical areas of speciality.

• What is your architectural design process?

  A project begins with a needs analysis and the preparation of a functional and technical program, followed by a preliminary design phase that defines the scope of work, schedule, and budget. The subsequent project phases typically include:

  3. Preparation of permit and construction drawings
  4. Construction administration and site supervision throughout construction

  Depending on the mandate, we act either as a full-service architecture firm, covering both exterior and interior components, or as an interior architecture firm focused specifically on interior environments.

• Do you offer urban design and public space planning services?

  Yes. We provide services in urban design and public realm planning, including site planning, regulatory compliance, and the design of public environments, with particular attention to active mobility.

• Do you integrate sustainable architecture principles?

  Yes. We integrate sustainable design strategies, including LEED® and WELL™ certification frameworks, and support projects pursuing environmental performance and sustainability certifications.

• Do you offer drone-based 3D modeling?

  Yes. Drone-based 3D modeling with a thermal camera allows us to accurately document the condition of buildings, particularly rooftops and other hard-to-access areas, supporting precise analysis and informed decision-making.

• Do you offer forensic building envelope assessment services?

  Yes. We provide specialized forensic building envelope assessment, including analysis, assessments, technical recommendations, and intervention strategies to support informed decision-making and extend building performance.

• What types of commercial projects do you design?

  We deliver comprehensive commercial architecture, interior design, and interior architecture services, including retail fit-outs, commercial space planning and design, brand integration within the built environment, customer experience optimization, as well as layout development and technical coordination for professional workplaces.

• What is the difference between an interior architect, interior designer, and interior decorator?

  Interior architecture and interior design include space planning, functionality, building performance considerations, technical standards, and coordination with engineers and specialized consultants. Our interior designers and interior architecture specialists create cohesive, sustainable environments tailored to their intended uses. Interior decoration, such as finishes, colours, ambiance, and accessories, is a complementary component integrated only within a comprehensive design project. We do not offer standalone interior decorating services.

• Do you offer renovation services?

  Yes. We deliver renovation projects, including commercial renovations, multi-residential upgrades, asset maintenance programs, building repositioning initiatives, and code-compliance upgrades for commercial buildings.

• Do you design building additions?

  Yes. We design building additions that integrate seamlessly with existing structures while meeting the current and future needs of occupants from both functional and aesthetic perspectives. We do not design single-family residential projects.
