We are seeking a rigorous, curious, and self-motivated Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of experience in architecture and is capable of developing, under the supervision of a senior professional, all documentation required for the successful delivery of small-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction drawings related to building envelope systems;
- Develop projects through all phases up to construction documentation;
- Assist in estimating construction costs;
- Participate in site inspections and construction administration activities;
- Coordinate project documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards;
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Technology;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Canada;
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems;
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Microsoft 365;
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and technical accuracy;
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment;
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards is considered an asset;
- Excellent French and knowledge of English to occasionally prepare documentation.
