We are looking for a rigorous, curious and motivated professional with a strong interest in architecture. Under the supervision of a senior professional, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of documentation for small to medium-scale projects and actively participate in the architectural design process.
The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of experience in an architectural environment and demonstrates autonomy, attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Organize meetings, ensure follow-up and prepare meeting minutes
- Support the management of architectural projects under the supervision of a Project Manager
- Apply building code requirements and municipal regulations
- Coordinate consultants and review project documentation
- Participate in project development, from pre-design studies to construction drawings
- Contribute to construction cost estimates
- Actively participate in the architectural design process
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset
